L.A Noire Gameplay will take you 25+ hours

As many of you may kow if you have read any of my previous posts on L.A. Noire, I am extremly excited for it to release. Not only am I excited by the amazing gameplay that we have seen in previous trailers and also the facial regognition that they are putting into the game, which also looks awesome. But I am now officially more pumped (if it was even possible) because it has been announced that the story mode will take 25-30 hours to complete.
At PAX East recently a rep for Rockstar said that to complete all of the 23 “assigned cases” it will roughly take you around the 25-30 hour mark. This is only the main cases however, there will also be side cases which will open up back stories into secondary characters and the game will also have DLC cases, some of which have been announced already as part of a pre-order bonus.
One of the main things in a lot of games recently has been very short story modes. Companies recently have been more concentrated on the multiplayer side of things rather then the single player story mode, which to be fair is the reason a lot of gamers buy the games, because they loved the first story and the characters.
