Marcus 'Notch' Perrson, the man behind Minecraft, has today announced via his Twitter account that Minecraft has reached 2.5million sales.
"2.5 million sales! That’s as much as Diablo 1 and FarCry, according to Wikipedia," tweeted Notch.
